Madi is helping me reconnect with my body and better understand what it needs. Together we create a weekly plan that’s tailored to my specific needs and goals. She also checks in on my mental and emotional well-being – not just around food, but in all areas of life – and encourages me to practice patience, compassion, and gentleness with myself.
